Measure demand, collect workflow data, recruit collaborators, compare desktop and hardware directions, and rank features.
Before an ISO, prove that the workflow can be installed, updated, tested, and documented on Ubuntu LTS.
Package two honest hardware tiers for a small tester cohort and measure reliability before broad distribution.
Only validated needs move here: optional sync, training, support, compatibility data, premium AI packs, or community funding.
